A three night minimum stay is required for all reservations.

Rates are for two adults and two children. Additional guests to a maximum of four adults or two adults and four children are charged as follows:

• Each additional adult is $15.00 per night.
• Each additional child 5 to 18 years old is $10.00 per night.
• Additional children under 5 (not to exceed the maximum) are free

Reservations and Deposits:

• To hold a reservation a deposit fee equal to 50% of the rent is due within four days of the verbal agreement.
• Balance of rent, $250 security and $50 cleaning fee must be received two weeks prior to arrival or reservation will be cancelled with no refund of deposit.
• Reservations cancelled 45 days prior to arrival will have deposit refunded less a $25.00 processing fee.
• Reservations made less than two weeks in advance must submit payment in full in the form of a certified check or traveler's check when reservation is made.
• No-shows will forfeit deposit.

Fees:

• Refundable Security deposit of $250
• Non-refundable Cleaning fee of $50

Policies:

• Cabin is strictly NO SMOKING.  Guests who choose to smoke may do so outside if they properly dispose of smoking litter.  Cleanup of smoking litter will be assessed against the security deposit.
• Well-behaved pets are warmly welcomed at no additional charge.  Please let us know that you plan to bring your pet and submit proof of current vaccinations prior to your arrival.  Any damage done by your pet (inside or out) will be assessed against the security deposit.
• The wildlife and beautiful natural setting are our greatest assets.  Please take the time to enjoy your surroundings but do not disturb your animal neighbors or damage any plant materials (wild or cultivated).
• Fires are permitted ONLY in the indoor fireplace or in the outdoor portable fire pit provided.  No wood may be cut or gathered.  Premium-grade seasoned firewood is available for purchase.  We will also provide kindling and starting aids when you purchase wood.
• No firearms or fireworks of any kind are allowed on the property.
• Check-in 3:00 P.M. -- check-out 11:00 A.M.

PLEASE NOTE: Phone Service
There is a phone at the cabin for incoming and local calls. However, there is no long distance carrier. Guests wishing to make toll calls can use a phone calling card.

Verizon cellular service does work on the property, however coverage in surrounding areas is spotty.
